    Director of Marketing

      The Director of Marketing will be responsible for leading the strategic and tactical marketing functions for our company.

      TytoCare seeks someone to lead our marketing team and help launch and grow an exciting new healthcare brand.  This individual will have classical marketing experience and be able to develop and execute a strategic marketing plan while understanding how to be creatively opportunistic as the company pioneers a disruptive digital technology, distribution system and business model.

      Required Skills

      Specific responsibilities include:

      • Executing go-to-market plan, course correcting, and revising plans as needed
      • Ownership of all marketing materials and programs, including branding, social media, PR, traditional and digital marketing, sales support, pricing, competitive analysis, trade shows
      • Work closely with Sales and Business Development to provide sales programs and materials, and closely with Product Management to bring new products to market
      • Identify and manage external agencies and consultants including advertising, PR, and market research
      • Help build and lead a world class marketing team by attracting and developing marketing talent, creating the appropriate organizational structure, and establishing the marketing department’s ’s objectives, goals and processes
      • Be the marketing face and voice of the company

       

      Our ideal candidate will have:

       

      • Successfully launched a technology-based healthcare brand, such as prescription and over the counter medical devices, health information technologies or health wearables
      • Successfully launched disruptive new products requiring missionary selling to establish a new category
      • Experience marketing complex sales targets including health systems, healthcare providers, health insurers, physician groups, self-insured employers, government contracts such as VA
      • Successfully marketed consumer products via direct online sales to consumers (company website, Amazon) as well as sales through national drug, mass and club retailers
      • Been a classically trained consumer marketer in another successful company as well as established a track record of success in startup / emerging companies
      • A deep understanding of selling processes, having worked closely with sales or having sales experience
      • Experience working with global organizations and different cultures
      • Familiarity with telehealth

    Director of Sales 

      Description

      The Director of Sales will leverage their successful B2B sales experience, ideally in digital healthcare technology, and be responsible for selling Tyto’s disruptive new telehealth platform and for managing prospects, clients and partners within an assigned vertical and/or geographic territory.  The position demands rolling up the shirt sleeves and doing hands-on work with a small team.  Over the next year, Sales activity will be B2B and then B2B2C.

      Required Skills

      Specific responsibilities include:

      • Growing and managing the territory under your responsibility to meet the company’s business targets
      • Creating and leading new business opportunities, sales and partnership development within an assigned territory including, prospecting, new inquiries, evaluation, negotiation, closing, execution, and ongoing partnership management and client success
      • Working with management to initially define, prioritize and expand your territory to encompass new opportunities and markets as they emerge
      • Representing company at trade shows, conferences and other relevant industry events

      Description

      UX/UI Lead

      We’re looking for an experienced graphic designer, with strong background in UX & UI design of mobile and web-based applications.  Responsibilities include:

      • User Interface graphic design – for mobile (iOS), web and a small hand-held device (Linux based).
      • UX design of complicated, multi-phased, multi-platform workflows.
      • Cross-functional work with product, R&D, QA and marketing teams on design of screen sketches and flow.
      • Feedback collection from users, internal stakeholders, product etc, and conducting usability tests.

      Required Skills

      • Proven Experience in graphic design of screens in mobile and web, including concepts, layout and style.
      • Experience in analyzing complicated user flows, involving several type of users in different scenarios and environments.
      • Experience in art and creative of images and layout, with hands-on experience in graphic tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects etc.
      • Experience in medical devices or medical software design – advantage

    Technical Account / Project Manager (NY) 

      Description

      Project & Implementation Lead
      Lead TytoCare projects implementation in the US. The project & implementation lead is based out of New-York City and is expected to travel as needed to customer locations across the US. The project & implementation lead is expected to both manage the customer project directly (interacting with customer executives/IT, managing the project lifecycle, and aligning needed resources) and also handle the technical aspects hands-on (training personnel, installing the needed environment, solving technical issues, etc).

      Required Skills

      • 5+ years’ experience in medical devices AND healthcare IT – Advantage
      • Technical orientation in both SW and HW
      • Technical university / college degree
      • – BA Computer Science, BA Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering – Advantage
