About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2C Marketing Operations Manager and Team Leader to join our exciting marketing department. In this role, you will lead a team of B2C lifecycle marketing and marketing operations members while taking ownership of driving customer activation and retention across the customer lifecycle of our partner programs.

You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, and your role will also involve overseeing development projects, managing campaign approvals, and ensuring successful outcomes for campaigns that reach a wide audience.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage a team, driving their professional growth and ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery within an agile marketing framework.
  • Plan, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns using CleverTap/Braze or similar platforms to increase customer activation and retention.
  • Oversee development projects and collaborate with dev teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product and R&D teams to identify valuable features and deploy effective marketing programs.
  • Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Contribute to the roadmap for lifecycle marketing initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Responsibility for deployment of multiple user touch points from awareness to activation.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 4 years of B2C digital marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in using CleverTap, Braze, or similar platforms for executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with development teams.
  • Track record of owning and approving campaigns with a wide reach, meeting quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer activation and retention through integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills, leveraging data for decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
