Director, Product Management

TytoCare is the industry’s only telehealth platform that offers patients an easy, at-home virtual visit paired with a full medical exam. The platform marries a traditional video visit with an all-in-one medical device, expanding the range of conditions that a provider can treat for and manage from the comfort of a patient’s home, or wherever they may be. The easy-to-use device and app drives greater telehealth utilization among consumer, enabling more nuanced triage, continuity of care, and more meaningful connections between patients and care teams.

We are looking for a talented Director of Product Management to join us on our path to success!

In this role you can expect to:

• You will lead, create and launch market-leading healthcare product, aimed at all types of homes and families and delivering great user experience and clinical value.
• Work closely with other team members, designers, marketing, customer success, BI analysts and R&D.
• Be part of an agile development team, and lead the work on user experience and product requirements, throughout the product life cycle.
• Design complex features, implemented on mobile and web-based applications, the Tyto device and server.
• Analyze usage and engagement, collect feedbacks from customer success and from users, utilize leading behavioral models to plan and design features and user experience.
• Explore new clinical use cases, and impact how healthcare is being delivered.

You may be a good fit for our team if you have:

• 8+ years designing and delivering world-class software consumer products in a Product Management roles (inbound & outbound) , delivering products designed to create a great user experience.
• Experience in managing consumer-facing web & mobile apps product.
• Strong analytical skills and technical understanding.
• Strong user experience and usability skills and the ability to craft user journeys.
• Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
• Digital Health or Healthcare background – an advantage.
• Working-in-a-team spirit, cooperating and helping other team members.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• BS or BA Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
