We are seeking an Engagement Director, Partner Marketing to support our growth in the dynamic digital healthcare market in the U.S. TytoCare is the industry’s only telehealth platform that offers patients an easy, at-home virtual visit paired with a full medical exam. The platform fuses traditional video visits with an all-in-one medical device, expanding the range of conditions that a provider can treat and manage from the comfort of a patient’s home. The easy-to-use device and app drives greater telehealth utilization among consumers, enabling more nuanced triage, continuity of care, and more meaningful connections between patients and care teams.

Founded in 2012, TytoCare spent 4 years developing the best-in-class hardware and SaaS solution to provide greater accessibility to common consumers at home, as well as for clinic-to-clinic and inpatient settings. Since receiving FDA-clearance in 2016, the company has rapidly grown to 120+ health sector partners including health systems, health plans, and technology partners and has doubled its revenue annually. TytoCare closed its most recent Series D funding round in March 2021, bringing our total funding to $150M+.

This role works closely with provider and payer clients to deliver on KPI goals by designing, implementing and optimizing consumer-facing campaigns.

You are a multi-tasker that can transition from detailed planning and execution to high-level presentations. You can analyze and present data as well as find creative ways to inspire consumers to act. Long story short, you will be responsible for:

  •  Thought Leadership & Relationship Building
  •  Successfully drive strategic marketing plans and collaborate with Product, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to meet key product KPIs.
  •  Invest in understanding Tyto Care’s customers in order to develop effective and efficient marketing plans and customer buy-in on the approach.
  •  Provide partnership and thought leadership to Tyto Care’s customers regarding product adoption, engagement, and utilization of best practices, driving the marketing conversation and sharing strategic recommendations based on learnings.
  •  Campaign Design & Execution
  •  Collaborate externally with customers as well as internally across Tyto Care to successfully design and implement campaigns that drive product adoption and utilization.
  •  Continually look for ways to improve campaign metrics, and leverage new marketing channels (online and offline) wherever possible.
  •  Configure existing assets using marketing technology and tools, and partner with the Marketing Content team to create customer-specific materials and campaigns.
  •  Strategize and implement test and learn processes for continuous improvement.
  •  Analyze, interpret, and present results for campaign optimization.

And it would be awesome if you have:

  •  Proven experience and track record in B2B2C marketing, with an emphasis on strategic marketing, customer-facing interaction, marketing innovation, implementation, and analytics.
  •   A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare marketing.
  •  Experience with multi-channel campaigns including email, direct mail, SMS as well as marketing automation.
  •  Understanding of online marketing to supplement direct-to-consumer engagement strategy (SEM, social media, retargeting, display advertising).
  •  Strong analytical skills; ability to define, track and measure outcomes.
  •  Highly organized; can prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  •  Exceptional in-person, verbal, and written communication skills (presentation skills); experience presenting to both internal and external audiences.
  •  Experience effectively managing a customer book of business and meeting business KPIs.
  •  Self-starter, highly motivated, self-reliant, hands-on approach, creative thinker, able to succeed in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  •  Ability to work remotely with clients across all U.S. time zones and communicate effectively, exert influence and support in a collaborative, value-add manner over the lifecycle of a project.
  •  Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing (preferred).
  •  5+ years of healthcare or biotech experience working with health payers and providers as well as employer groups (preferred).
  •  Medicaid experience (preferred).
