What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Engagement Marketing Manager to enhance user interaction with the TytoCare solution. This crucial marketing position will develop notification and email campaigns to onboard, activate, engage, and retain users. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our product and analytics teams to understand the user journey and optimize engagement through behavioral science principles.

Since this role focuses on marketing to our end users, the ideal candidate will be deeply user-centric and capable of fostering significant engagement with the TytoCare solution. The perfect candidate will also be a hands-on professional with experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive user adoption and enhance engagement among end users
  • Plan and conduct experiments across various marketing channels, continuously seeking ways to improve user engagement throughout their journey
  • Drive insights from experimental data to establish best practices and support user roadmap initiatives
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement initiatives, offering insights and recommendations for enhancement
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across programs related to user engagement
  • Design and deploy methods for gathering user feedback, analyzing it to enhance products and services
  • Represent the voice of the user within the organization, advocating for their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, BI) to align strategies and support various programs
  • Reporting to the Director of B2C product marketing

Who you are?

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role within a global setting
  • Proven track record in creating marketing campaigns, conducting A/B tests, and leveraging data and customer insights
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for working in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical thinker with comfort in measuring campaign performance and gathering insights
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience or knowledge in behavioral science is an advantage
  • Experience in the digital healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
