The easy-to-use device and app drives greater telehealth utilization among consumers, enabling more nuanced triage, continuity of care, and more meaningful connections between patients and care teams. What you can expect:

TytoCare is growing and looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator to lead and manage key operational tasks and to automate and streamline the business. This position provides the opportunity to operate, develop and implement management information systems to support the growing business by working closely with the Operations, Support, and BI teams and taking our business to the next level. You will do this by:

Maintaining and operating, hands-on, current systems and processes, with a major focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, while working closely with the operations team and other teams.

  •  Minor development for fast turnaround updates
  •  Identify processes that can be automated and lead the automation development and implementation process from start to finish.
  •  Develop standards policies and processes around operational information systems.
  •  Manage the ongoing maintenance, configuration, and security compliance of operational information systems.
  •  Managing change requests including prioritization, work plans, timeline, execution, risk, management, etc.
  •  Keeping stakeholders informed of the project’s status and gather their feedback.

Required skills, credentials, training, education, and traits:

  •  Min 5 years of MS Dynamics 365 hands-on experience.
  •  Experience in Dynamics development.
  •  Firm understanding of MS Dynamics 365 from an architectural standpoint.
  •  Project management experience and familiarity with PM tools and technologies.
  •  Excellent communications skills build consensus and form trusting relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  •  Ability to understand a multitude of business processes.
  •  Working knowledge of all or some of these technologies is desirable: Adobe Magento, Dynamics Portal, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Power BI.
  •  Experience working with remote teams.
  •  Positive, make-it-happen, lead-by-example attitude.
  •  Independent, self-starter mentality.
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
