Technical Writer – Part time

We are looking for a part-time 60% Product Writer to own all the technical writing needs of the company, which is deployed globally with regulatory requirements and several types of users, available in both digital and print.

If you’re an experienced technical writer who takes pride in creating and maintaining well-organized, clear documentation and is looking to grow professionally, we want to hear from you!

What you will do:

• Write release notes for new product features.
• Deliver high-quality technical documentation by working with product managers, software engineers, sales and support.
• Support the implementation, support, and customer-success teams with thorough documentation.

Requirements:

• Native English speaker.
• Proficiency in MadCap Flare – MUST.
• Minimum 5 years in a technical writing or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience writing for localizations preferred.
• Highly organized with a meticulous eye for detail.
