Product Description:

The Tytocare Phone App is a mobile application that enables users to remotely connect with healthcare professionals for medical consultations and diagnostic exams.

Accessibility Features:

The Tytocare Phone App has been designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level A and AA, and comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) effective communication requirements, and other applicable regulations. The app incorporates tools such as mouse and keyboard replacements, voice recognition, speech enablement, hands-free/touch-free navigation, and more. The accessibility features have been evaluated by the “Negishut” Accessibility Team, which consists of a diverse team of accessibility professionals, including users of assistive technologies.

Accessibility Evaluation:

The Tytocare Phone App has been evaluated by “Accessibility for All,” a consulting service that specializes in accessibility adjustments to services for people with disabilities. The app has been examined in accordance with the guideline document of the W3C Global Network Consortium – Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, and accessibility standards issued under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The evaluation confirms that the app (English) is accessible to people with disabilities.

Responsibility:

It is the sole responsibility of the company to maintain the accessibility of the Tytocare Phone App, including any future additions or updates to the app. The entire development and writing team must be familiar with the issue of accessibility and act accordingly.

Accessibility Approval:

This accessibility approval is given in accordance with the app configuration as tested on the day specified in the evaluation report. Continued accessibility from December 22nd, 2022, will apply to the company or any of its suppliers only.
