A tytoCare online visit is a remote medical session between a clinician and patient. Using the live visit app guests can join the online visit.
You can only take part in a live visit if the clinician has invited you.
It is possible for participants to join via audio conference or video conference.
A doctor or other clinician conducting a live visit with a patient sent you an invite to join their call. You may be related to the patient, or your presence is requested for professional services you provide (clinical, translation, or other).
Click the link you were sent and follow the instructions. You will be asked your name so the doctor can identify you and admit you to the visit. Guests don’t need a TytoCare account to join a live visit.
TytoCare needs to access your microphone and camera in order to connect you to the live visit. Before you join, your browser will ask you to allow camera and microphone permissions. If you encounter issues with camera or microphone permissions, enable permissions from your browser settings or contact TytoCare support.
No, you can join the visit with audio conference only. You can also choose to turn on or off the video or microphone during the call.
Yes, you can join using the link from your phone or tablet, as long as they have an internet connection and you are using one of the supported browsers (see the list of supported browsers below).
