Sunrise Clinics Expands School and Community Care with TytoCare’s Pro Smart Clinic

Following Its Mission to Remove Access Barriers, Sunrise Clinics Will Deploy TytoCare in 20 School-Based Health Centers and Plans Expansion into Clinic Sites Across New Mexico

Santa Rosa, NM and New York, NY, November 4, 2025 – Sunrise Clinics, a Community Health Center serving rural and underserved communities across New Mexico, announced today that it is expanding its care capabilities through the deployment of TytoCare’s Pro Smart Clinic technology. With funding from the state, Sunrise Clinics will introduce the Pro Smart Clinic into all 20 of the school-based health centers it operates, significantly improving access to prompt care for children and families.

TytoCare’s Pro Smart Clinic lets clinicians perform exams remotely as they would during an in-person clinic visit, including heart and lung exams, which include TytoCare’s AI-powered Respiratory Suite, throat and ear exams, and skin and temperature assessments. These capabilities ensure that patients in 2,500 schools across the US receive high-quality care without the delays and barriers that often prevent swift treatment and keep students out of the classroom.

The initiative builds on Sunrise Clinics’ mission to remove access barriers for populations that otherwise might not receive timely healthcare due to geographic, economic, or social challenges. By equipping its school-based health centers with TytoCare’s advanced diagnostic solution, Sunrise Clinics is ensuring that 6,100 students can receive high-quality, clinician-guided exams without leaving school. With future additional state funding, Sunrise Clinics intends to expand the program’s reach and enable further growth into new schools. The organization also has plans to deploy the Pro Smart Clinic across its four main clinic locations.
