We’re looking for a highly motivated, results driven Inside Sales Representative to join TytoCare’s Sales team. This role is a critical revenue driver responsible for the full sales cycle – from initial prospecting and pipeline generation to contract negotiation and closing within the Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) healthcare provider market.

The ideal candidate thrives in an outbound-only environment, possesses a hunter mentality, and is passionate about building a business from the ground up both by expanding our footprint within existing high-priority markets, such as Community Health Centers (CHCs) and Urgent Care Centers, and by identifying and penetrating entirely new market segments to drive TytoCare’s next wave of growth.

This position is based in Israel and will work in US hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Pipeline Generation (Outbound Focus)

  • Proactively identify, research, and prospect new SMB healthcare providers, including Community Health Centers, Urgent Care Centers, physician groups, and specialty clinics.
  •  Own the strategy and execution for building a robust, high-quality sales pipeline without reliance on inbound leads or an existing funnel.
  • Conduct high-volume, targeted outreach via cold calls, personalized emails, and professional social media to engage C-level executives, Medical Directors, and key decision-makers.

End-to-End Sales

  • Manage the entire sales process from the first touchpoint through closing, ensuring a smooth transition to the Onboarding and Customer Success teams.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to understand the provider’s pain points, operational workflows, and strategic goals, and articulate the value of TytoCare’s solutions.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the TytoCare solution, presenting compelling product demonstrations and tailoring the value proposition to different provider segments.
  • Develop and present proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track all sales activities, pipeline progress, and account information in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Serve as the voice of the SMB customer, relaying market trends, competitive intelligence, and product needs back to the Marketing and Product teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of successful, verifiable experience in full-cycle B2B Inside Sales, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Previous experience as SDR/BDR – Strongly preferred
  • Ability to work US hours (including Fridays) and travel to the US, when necessary
  • Demonstrated track record of excelling in an outbound, cold calling/prospecting environment with an emphasis on building a pipeline from scratch.
  • Familiarity with the operational structures and challenges of small/medium healthcare providers (e.g., CHCs, Urgent Care, FQHCs) is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
  • High proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), and Microsoft Suite.
