Jennie Van Antwerp

Jennie Van Antwerp

Director, Digital Acute Care/ Digital Care Division

Jennie Van Antwerp serves as the director of Digital Acute Care for OSF On Call, the digital health arm of Peoria, Illinois-based OSF HealthCare – an integrated health system with 16 hospitals and 159 locations for medical, specialty, home and hospice care. She has been in her current role since 2022 and previously served for two years as director of OSF Contact Center Clinical Operations. In her current position, Jennie oversees the OSF OnCall Digital Hospital program as well as other acute care at home and remote patient monitoring efforts. Jennie describes herself as a nurses’ nurse and a patient advocate with experience in both hospital and ambulatory settings. She is driven by a passion for leadership mentoring and coaching. As someone who embraces collaboration, Jennie works with executive leadership to drive the OSF OnCall digital acute care agenda, including engaging Mission Partners in the process, educating them about new efforts and ensuring competency at all levels of care. Jennie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Illinois State University’s Mennonite College of Nursing and completed her master’s degree in Nursing at the University of Illinois Chicago.

Saurabh Chandra

Saurabh Chandra, MD

Chief Telehealth Officer

Dr. Chandra provides strategic direction and oversight to all Telehealth Center of Excellence activities. The Center for Telehealth is one of the only two federally designated centers of excellence for Telehealth in the country. He previously worked at Northwell Health, New York’s largest health system. Dr. Chandra’s work at Northwell included leading the clinical implementation of the first tele-ICU program in that system. He led the implementation of tele-stroke and tele-hospitalist programs in multiple Northwell hospitals and a telehealth program providing physician coverage at skilled nursing facilities during off hours. Dr. Chandra received his medical degree from MLN Medical College in Allahabad, India, and his Ph.D. from the Department of Life Sciences at Indiana State University. He completed an internal medicine residency at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati and a fellowship in critical care medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He also was a research fellow at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

Abby Losinski

Abby Losinski

Director of Telehealth (CAE)

Abby Losinski is the Director of Outpatient Telehealth at St. Luke’s Health System. She has over 16 years of experience in healthcare serving in many different roles including Director, Program Manager, Senior Systems Analyst, and Licensed Practical Nurse. She earned a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Colorado State University and specializes in program, service line, and workflow development. She has utilized her clinical, technical, and leadership expertise to build multiple provider practices, develop and implement numerous electronic health record projects and, most recently, stand up a new On-Demand Virtual Care service line which allows anyone within the state of Idaho or Oregon to have access to medical care via a virtual visit. In her spare time, Abby enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

Dr. Sarah Schenck

Sarah Schenck, M.D., FACP

Executive Director

A primary care physician with a track record of driving successful clinical care transformation, Dr. Schenck is an expert in delivering whole- person, patient- centered care within a team-based setting. Under Dr. Schenck’s leadership, ChristianaCare was the first health system in Delaware to earn certification as a multi-site Patient Centered Medical Home from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. Dr. Schenck also played a significant role during the COVID-19 pandemic and currently serves as medical director for the health system’s virtual COVID-19 practice, monoclonal antibodies COVID-19 treatment program, and virtual COVID-19 recovery clinic. Dr. Schenk receiver her Medical Degree from Sidney Kimmel Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University and her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Virginia.  

Tammy Maher, ACNP-BC

Lead Nurse Practitioner eHealth At Home

Tammy Maher ACNP-BC is a Nurse Practitioner Specialist in Rochester, New York. She graduated with honors from University Of Rochester School Of Medicine And Dentistry in 2013. Having more than 11 years of diverse experiences including Neurology and Cardiology. Currently Tammy is the Lead Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner for the eHealth@home program with Rochester Regional Health.

Doug Olivo

Doug Olivo

Director, Community Engagement (SDOH), Tribal and Rural Outreach Services

Douglas Olivo is the Director of Community Engagement (SDOH), Tribal and Rural Health at Oklahoma Complete Health, a subsidiary of Centene serving Oklahoma’s Medicaid members. With a decade and a half of experience in healthcare, he currently leads a team specializing in identifying and addressing non-medical barriers many Oklahomans disproportionally face resulting in inequitable health outcomes. These barriers include transportation, housing, food insecurity, education, employment, broadband connectivity, and lack of physical provider options in rural communities. Working with existing resources across the state he has been able to augment their capabilities and create some first of their kind innovations to include telehealth HUBs in non-traditional settings and develop a variety of Value-Added Benefits (VABs) to help address the Social Drivers of Health that make up 80% of health outcomes. His team also works directly with the many sovereign tribal nations within Oklahoma to ensure his health plan provides care that meets the unique needs of the AI/AN population. Doug has previously led several business development efforts for Humana’s TRICARE contract and created a large in-home assessment program for their Medicare population. He has also spent time as a Counterintelligence Agent and Psychological Operations Detachment Commander with the US Army Reserve with a deployment to Afghanistan. In addition, Doug has served as a management consulting defense contractor in Washington DC, where he built budgets and managed IT portfolios for the Intelligence Community. Doug holds a BS in International Business from the University of Akron and an MBA from Louisiana State University Shreveport. He believes that everyone should have access to high quality healthcare, regardless of their zip code or demographic and works to improve equitable health outcomes. When he is not working, Doug enjoys reading, CrossFit, riding vintage motorcycles, and spending time with his two young boys.

Director of Tyto Engagement Labs

Si Yahav is the Product Marketing Director at TytoCare, where she has been leading product marketing strategies since November 2021. With over 15 years of experience, Si has held key roles at Cellebrite, Lumenis, EMC, and Pravda Media Group, driving product launches and market growth. At TytoCare, she focuses on enhancing the virtual healthcare experience. Si holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MBA. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three boys.
