With a small team at the ready and access to telemedicine, Avel Health is helping more rural school districts than ever before care for students in the Midwest at a time when some school administrators can no longer afford to keep full-time nurses on site. Avel’s eCare School Health program has gone from serving one rural South Dakota school district in 2017 to 31 across two states today.
