As hybrid care becomes the standard, healthcare organizations are under pressure to prove what actually works. Not just in expanding access, but in driving measurable clinical, operational, and financial performance.

This summit brings together leading provider organizations to share how they’re moving beyond pilots and embedding hybrid care into real-world workflows at scale. Join us for real-world success stories from provider leaders proving ROI in hybrid care. We will be hosting 20-minute focus sessions with six speakers, as well as a live roundtable discussion to unpack lessons learned and answer your questions.

What you’ll learn:

  • How to turn expanded access into real system throughput and efficiency
  • What it takes to scale virtual care across teams and workflows
  • How to extend care into communities and reach more patients without adding staff
  • How to connect clinical outcomes, operational gains, and financial performance
  • What sustainable, ROI-driven hybrid care actually looks like in practice
