Maggie Dreon
Manager of Clinical Service Line Operations, Virtual Care
Maggie Dreon is the Manager of Virtual Care for Allina Health in Minnesota. Maggie started her career as a clinical genetic counselor in the Twin Cities at Allina Health and then transitioned into the public sector for nearly a decade. At the Minnesota Department of Health, she served as a subject matter expert in newborn screening and led efforts in community engagement, race equity, system level innovation and change management. At Ramsey County, she served as Chief of Staff supporting and leading initiatives across 7 departments, including housing stability, public health, and human services. Rejoining Allina Health in 2023 she was motivated to blend her prior experiences with an interest in ensuring that our healthcare systems are starting with the patient/consumer experience and building pathways to improve access and decrease costs through innovation and system change.
Scott Ritter
Ambulatory Operations Manager for Digital Health
Scott has been with Baptist Health since 2013, leveraging his expertise in Sports Medicine before shifting to Digital Health and Virtual Care operations in 2020. Since then, he has played a key role in introducing innovative technologies to enhance awareness and adoption of Digital Health tools in an ever-evolving landscape. A proud father of two daughters, he finds joy in the great outdoors, embracing adventure whenever possible.
Allie McCardle
Clinical Operations Manager
Allie McCardle is a Clinical Operations Manager in the Urgent Care and Occupational Health department at Ochsner Health. She supports frontline teams and clinic leaders in delivering efficient, high-quality care across a large network of clinics. She leads initiatives that enhance access and optimize clinical operations, with a focus on thoughtfully integrating innovative solutions. Her work includes implementing digital tools that support clinical staff and address patient needs in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment. She is passionate about practical solutions that benefit both providers and patients.
Jeannine Majer
Director of Ambulatory Services, Immediate Care Centers
Jeannine Majer is the Director of Ambulatory Services at Northwestern Medicine, leading operations across 8 Immediate Care Centers (ICCs) and the telehealth department and has been a certified pediatric nurse for 18 years. She has successfully expanded the ICC Virtual Visit program, spearheaded the implementation of TytoCare Clinic and TytoHome, and partnered with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement non-oncology infusions and rapid diagnostics service programs at NM.
Previously, Jeannine served as practice manager for the ICCs, clinical coordinator RN of pediatric subspecialties, and clinical quality leader at Northwestern Memorial Health Care, where she led key initiatives such as the Flu Equity project focused on improving influenza vaccination rates among patients in high hardship communities with known health disparities. Jeannine holds a Master of Health Administration from National Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Illinois University. She has been actively involved in various professional organizations, committees, and volunteer work throughout her career. She is committed to enhancing patient experiences and driving innovation in healthcare. Jeannine is a wife, a mother of now two high schoolers, and enjoys spending time with family, running, yoga, and traveling across the nation with her children to watch them succeed in the sports they love.
Carmina Lu is the Clinical Director of Immediate Care at UCLA Health, where she oversees the strategic and operational leadership of multiple urgent care in the Greater Los Angeles area. With a strong background in healthcare administration and public service, Carmina is dedicated to advancing accessible, high-quality care in fast-paced clinical settings. Carmina holds dual master’s degrees in Health Care Administration (MHA) and Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Utah. Her multidisciplinary training informs her systems-level approach to optimizing care delivery, enhancing patient experiences, and improving organizational performance. She is known for leading cross-functional teams, implementing data-driven improvements, and fostering collaborative environments that support both clinical staff and patient outcomes. Through her leadership, Carmina has contributed to the expansion and standardization of immediate care services at UCLA Health, ensuring they remain responsive, efficient, and aligned with the institution’s mission of excellence in patient care.
